Returns & Exchanges

At Access Denied, we stand by our craftsmanship, but if your latest piece doesn't fit your style, you have 30 days to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
